While I agree with Dave the the principles are the same, there are certainly differences you need to keep in mind in implementation. Here are a couple:
Scale: The target audience in B2B is often smaller than the target audience in B2C. Audience size can and should affect your technology choices. Something that succeeds with MySpace’s millions of users might not work for a B2B firm with 100 customers.
